As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager in the construction industry to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects. MAIN ACTIVITIES Manage site documentation and update the construction log, ensuring accurate tracking of project information. Act as a liaison between the technical office and site management, monitoring progress, schedule changes, and compliance with the project timeline. Report delays or modifications and coordinate communication among all stakeholders. Perform occasional on-site checks to verify timelines and adherence to safety procedures. Support the internal team with information management and reporting to the client. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in document management and coordination of construction projects. Basic knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., Legislative Decree 81/08) – preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders effectively. Fuency in Italian is mandatory. Excellent organizational skills and focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards. Availability for occasional on-site visits.
