Junior IT Support / Tecnico Informatico Azienda leader nel settore alimentare nella produzione di prodotti da forno, ricerca un IT giovane e appassionata di tecnologia da inserire nel proprio organico. Il ruolo:La risorsa, avrà l’opportunità di formarsi e acquisire autonomia nella gestione dell'infrastruttura informatica aziendale. È l'occasione ideale per chi desidera mettere in pratica le proprie conoscenze in un contesto dinamico e strutturato. Le principali attività saranno: Supporto Help Desk di primo livello agli utenti interni (risoluzione problematiche hardware e software). Installazione, configurazione e manutenzione di PC, stampanti e dispositivi mobili aziendali. Gestione degli account utente e delle licenze (es. ambiente Microsoft 365). Supporto nella gestione della rete aziendale e della sicurezza informatica di base. Assistenza nella manutenzione dei software gestionali in uso, in particolare Team System. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma o Laurea (anche triennale) in ambito Informatico o discipline affini. Buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows e del pacchetto Office/Microsoft 365. Conoscenza base delle reti (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi). Spiccata attitudine al problem solving e capacità di lavorare in team. Voglia di imparare e flessibilità.
