Over the years, the destinations have multiplied, including European capitals such as Paris and London, as well as seasonal locations like Ibiza and Menorca in the summer or the ski slopes of Verbier and Val d’Isère in the winter. The group also has properties in Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds.Our service philosophy is built around three core values: high-quality products, precision in execution, and warm, welcoming hospitality.IL PALAZZO EXPERIMENTALIl Palazzo Experimental features 32 elegantly designed rooms and suites by Dorothée Meilichzon, as well as a large interior garden overlooking a peaceful canal.The hotel has three beautiful entrances from the Canal Della Giudecca: one leading to the restaurant L’ Adriatica, one to the reception, and the third to the Experimental Cocktail Club, the group’s new signature bar following those in Paris and London.THE ROLE: JUNIOR BARTENDERWe are currently looking for a Junior Bartender to join our team at Il Palazzo Experimental in Venice.Under the supervision of the Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:Welcoming guests and presenting the cocktail menuAssist in cocktail preparation following established recipes and house standardsSupport the bar team during service to ensure a high-quality guest experienceComplying with hygiene and safety regulationsManage opening setup of the station and/or lounge, as well as closing duties (cleaning and restocking)Ensuring the bar is well-maintained and all equipment is kept in good conditionWHO YOU AREWe are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and mixology.
