Dokumentationsspezialist GMP – überprüft und konsolidiert die Chargendokumentation nach der Produktion und führt Buchungen sowie Transaktionen im ERP-System durch. Leistungskennzahlen Erreichen von Anlagen-KPIs Personalleistung: Zufriedenheitsumfrage, Talenteentwicklungspläne, Schulungsprogramme, Schulungsdaten, Gewinnung und Bindung von Talenten, Nachfolgeplan für das Fertigungsteam Fristen: Einhaltung der Produktionsplanung, termingerechte Ausführung von Aufgaben Mindestanforderungen/Berufserfahrung Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit Umfassendes Verständnis für verschiedene Funktionen in der Organisation Fähigkeit, operative Prozesse effizient zu planen, steuern und umzusetzen Kenntnisse Zusammenarbeit Effizienz IT-Kenntnisse Kenntnisse Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheit, Umwelt GMP-Kenntnisse Herstellungsprozesse Kenntnisse zu den Produktionslinien und zur Produktverteilung Zeitplanung Sprachen Englisch Why Novartis Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
