Seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour working week, 5 working days, 2 consecutive days off).

Period: April – October 2025

What you'll do:

  1. Ensure guests are welcomed in a warm and professional manner and supervise the entrance of the Bar.
  2. Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing clean/current menu in front of guest.
  3. Supply guests with information regarding the Bar and the hotel.
  4. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests/questions.
  5. Liaise with F&B team for special events and occasions.

What we're looking for:

  1. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy. Valid work permit for full time role (40 hours/week).
  2. Fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written.
  3. Understanding of luxury hospitality F&B operations.
  4. Experience in the same role in Bar/fine dining restaurants would be an advantage.
  5. A warm, people-oriented demeanor.
  6. A team-player attitude.
  7. Positive outlook and dependability.
