OverviewNPI (New Product Introduction) Specialist (fixed term) Join to apply for the NPI (New Product Introduction) Specialist (fixed term) role at AGCO Corporation. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full process of new parts introductions (NPI), analysing, planning and reviewing ECN implementation from initiating a detailed ECN change form (CIB – Change Implementation Board) to monitor the running change introduction for a specific family product. Collaborate in make vs buy analysis, coordinate the ECN activities for Manufacturing Engineering and work with other departments to ensure a timely implementation and minimize obsolescence. Update and maintain item master data; collaborate in the resolution of problems linked to the BOM. Communicate with engineering on problems related to the ECN or to parts assemblability (EPR). Cost/benefit analysis of NPI projects. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Management Engineering/Industrial Engineering or high school diploma in mechanical technology preferred Must have advanced English communication skills Basic knowledge of stage and gate process Basic knowledge of BOM and routing Good ERP skills (BAAN, SAP) Basic knowledge of product cost structure BenefitsAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme Balance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time Private health insurance with partial coverage of medical expenses Canteen with meal allowance The successful candidate will initially be hired through an agency.
