Mission & Key Responsibilities Support daily team management and step into the Boutique Manager's role in their absence Staff training to enhance skills and ensure their professional development Maintain efficient functioning by planning schedules and providing solutions during unexpected situations Showcase products to emphasize brand value and guarantee optimal customer experience Ensure that customers receive excellent service following established sales processes Conduct sales activities personally and oversee team performance within the boutique Utilize tools provided to retain customers Operational Management Organize store layout while adhering to set schedules Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers, handling cash and cash drawer collection Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with the Boutique Manager (restocking and deliveries) Maintain pristine condition of sales areas through product display arrangement, cleanliness, maintenance, etc. Candidate Profile Sought A previous sales experience in the luxury retail is preferred Strong verbal skills with an aptitude for communication and observation Curious and interested in beauty, products, and the Buly 1803 Maison Enjoys cultivating a special relationship with our clients Fluent in English required, additional languages are a plus Inclusion of diversity is a strength within our dispensaries; we are convinced that diversity equates to performance.
