Headquartered in the UK, we have established a strong presence across six continents, serving more than 300 clients worldwide.Our commitment to excellence has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the King\'s Award for Enterprise in International Trade (2023), the People and Competency Award at the EIC Awards (2023), and the Scale-Up Award at the WESCA North America Awards (2024).Our Milan office in Italy (Europe & Africa Region) is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator (Vendor Inspection) / QC Coordinator to join our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client requests for quality assurance, quality control inspectors, engineering, and technical project support personnel.Liaise with clients on proposals, interviews, selection, and placement of candidates.Issue successful candidates with assignment details and responsibilities.Source and prepare candidates to match client requirements.Liaise with assigned Fulkrum candidates in matters relating to contractual terms and conditions, allocation of task‑related technical documents, receiving, screening and submitting site reports to clients.Manage Fulkrum / candidate relations through regular \"care calls.\"Be commercially aware of negotiating placements with candidates and clients.Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.Ensure adherence to Client SLAs and Fulkrum Key Performance Indicators.Skills and QualificationsKnowledge of Oil and Gas industry projects (onshore and offshore).Proficiency in MS Office programs.Ability to manage and develop client relationships.Positive reaction to high‑tempo situations.Personal SkillsInitiative and teamwork.High organizational skills and multi‑tasking ability.Excellent communication skills.Flexibility to support the team and clients as needed.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Project Coordinator (Vendor Inspection) to showcase their expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
