, in a

business operations role

at a tech company, scale-up or start-up or as a

consultant

in management or technology consulting (MBB, Big Four, Accenture)Experience in driving growth and process improvement projects, with a desire to take end-to-end ownership of workstreamsExperience in coordinating digital implementation projectsStrong people skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at every level of the organizationAbility to bring structure to new problems while maintaining the flexibility to refine and adapt the direction over timeAbility to define a plan and adhere to the specified timeframes, managing expectations throughoutAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writingStrong preference for candidates with exposure working on processes involving the connection between Product Development and other divisions (e.G. ingesting customer feedback, prioritising backlog into roadmaps, connecting the dots between marketing, product marketing and development, driving product velocity).
