What You'll Be Doing As a Corporate Finance Associate, you'll play a key role in shaping our company's financial narrative and engagement with the investment community. Investor Communications – Develop and prepare high-quality investor update materials, including earnings presentations, investor decks, press releases, and Q&A documents. Shareholder Management – Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors and shareholders, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate shareholder records. Internal Stakeholder Presentations – Create compelling internal presentations for senior leadership on financial performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. Extraordinary Corporate Transactions – Support various corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and other strategic transactions, from due diligence to execution. Financial Analysis – Conduct financial analysis, market research, and peer benchmarking to support investor relations efforts and strategic decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with finance, legal, communications, and executive teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging. Who We're Looking For Relevant experience – 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investor relations, investment banking, or a related advisory role (e.g., Big Four consulting). Education – Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus. Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets. Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely. Analytical Prowess – Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proactivity and Adaptability – Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
