While your focus will be on customers in EMEA South — including Italy, Spain, and France — you’ll also be part of a global network, contributing to cross-regional success initiatives.What You’ll Be Doing:Act as a strategic advisor to our CSMs and customers, building strong relationships and aligning RELEX solutions to customer goalsIdentify and develop commercial opportunities within existing accounts, helping expand the sales pipelineCollaborate with internal teams including Product, Presales, Analytics, and Operations to deliver tailored, high-impact solutionsRepresent the customer internally to ensure solution relevance, usability, and value deliveryContribute to the continuous evolution of our Customer Success practices across regionsUse your local and regional knowledge to support culturally and commercially relevant engagement across EMEA SouthWhat You’ll Bring to the table:10+ years of experience in retail, wholesale, or consumer packaged goods (CPG), ideally in supply chain, forecasting, or merchandising rolesStrong operational background, with a deep understanding of real-world retail challengesHands-on expertise in Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R); additional experience in areas like space planning, promotions, or markdown is a strong plusCommercial acumen and experience influencing business decisions, ideally with measurable impactProven ability to work across departments and build trust with diverse stakeholdersFluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a strong advantageA mindset that combines customer empathy, problem-solving, and curiosityComfort working in a remote-first environment while maintaining strong collaborationWhat We Offer You:A chance to make a real impact by helping retailers and brands optimize their operations and achieve their business goals.Opportunities for career growth, professional development, and cross-team collaboration in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.A flexible and supportive work environment, encouraging genuine work-life balance.Are you the one we’re looking for?
