Position SummaryPurpose of the position: As Commissioning & Operation Manager, you will respond to the Head of Department of COMMISSIONING ONSHORE, OFFSHORE & FPSO and Head of Department of COMMISSIONING ONSHORE. You will manage and support 50-60 resources. ResponsibilitiesWork in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client. Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, test run, first operation and handing over of the plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. Ensure compliance of the site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets. Have overall responsibility and accountability for the efficient Commissioning/Operations. QualificationsEducation: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in engineering Discipline (Preferably Chemical or Mechanical) Experience: Minimum of 15 Years experience as Commissioning & Start Up Manager and at least 5 Project Experiences Proven experience in Oil & Gas Industry with a minimum of 10 Years experience in Refinery or Gas Plant Industry. Languages: English / French Technical SkillsTechnical knowledge of Refinery or Gas Plant Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities. Knowledge of CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools. Understanding of Flow Measurement, Engineering practices, design methods & calculations. Acquire Oil and Gas Industry Safety Standards and requirements. Capable to Read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information. IT SkillsKnowledge of PC, Windows, Office Software and IT implementation background. Other InformationYou will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work on.
