Overview Application Specialist - Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) based in Vimodrone (MI), EU Level. The candidate will be involved in the implementation of the ELN, a digital solution designed to replace traditional paper-based worksheets and laboratory notebooks, and will support the deployment of ELN across Eurofins Laboratories.Responsibilities Implement the ELN application to replace traditional paper-based worksheets and laboratory notebooks.Directly interact with analysts and lab technicians to implement and deploy ELN across Eurofins Laboratories.Provide ongoing application support, user training, and troubleshooting to ensure effective usage.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, and customers) to ensure alignment with validation, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.Qualifications Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.3-5 years of experience in chemical analytical laboratories.Knowledge of laboratory instruments and software (e.g., HPLC, GC, Empower, Chromeleon).Knowledge and usage of analytical methods (e.g., Pharmacopoeia methods).Interest in IT and digital applications; good communication and writing skills.Residence near Vimodrone (MI) and willingness to travel (approximately 30% annually).Excellent command of English.Working Arrangements & Benefits Smart working: 2 days/week.Flexible schedule.Professional development support.Application Instructions To apply, please send a detailed Curriculum Vitae written in English, including authorization to process personal data.
