Cerchiamo uno Specialista di Supporto IT che fornisca assistenza tecnica agli utenti e ai sistemi all'interno del nostro sito produttivo. La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e risoluzione di problematiche hardware e software, garantendo il corretto funzionamento dell'infrastruttura IT a supporto delle operazioni di produzione. Responsabilità principali Fornire supporto tecnico di primo e secondo livello agli utenti e ai reparti operativi. Installare, configurare e mantenere hardware, software e periferiche (PC, stampanti, scanner, dispositivi mobili, ecc.). Gestire l'infrastruttura IT locale, incluse reti, server e sistemi di sicurezza informatica. Monitorare e risolvere problemi di rete, connessioni VPN e accessi remoti. Supportare la gestione delle applicazioni aziendali utilizzate nel sito produttivo. Garantire la conformità alle politiche di sicurezza IT e alle procedure aziendali. Collaborare con il team IT centrale per l'implementazione di aggiornamenti e miglioramenti tecnologici. Documentare le attività di supporto e contribuire alla creazione di guide e procedure operative. Requisiti richiesti Esperienza minima di 2 anni in ruoli di supporto IT o tecnico informatico. Buona conoscenza dei sistemi Windows e Office 365. Competenze di networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Conoscenza dei principi base di cybersecurity. Capacità di problem solving e orientamento al servizio. Conoscenza lingua inglese C1 (Scritto e parlato) Automunito Requisiti preferenziali Esperienza con sistemi ERP/MES. Conoscenza di ambienti server (Windows/Linux). Familiarità con strumenti di ticketing e gestione asset IT.
