Grid Connection Manager | Utility Scale SolarJoin a forward-thinking renewable energy owner and operator at the forefront of the energy transition.As Grid Connection Manager, you’ll play a critical role in securing and managing grid connections for a portfolio of renewable energy projects across Italy, Germany, and Spain.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end grid connection process for utility scale solar projects (HV/MV) Liaise with grid operators (TSOs/DSOs) to negotiate and secure connectionsAssess grid capacity, connection feasibility, and potential technical constraints for new and existing sitesManage grid studies, including load flow, fault level, and stability analysesSupport construction and commissioning teamsMonitor and report on connection milestones, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project schedulesAbout YouDegree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related fieldProven experience in grid connection management, power systems engineering, or renewable energy project developmentStrong understanding of grid codes, connection agreements, and regulatory processes.Skilled in interpreting single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and load flow studiesExcellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills — comfortable interfacing with utilities, regulators, and project partnersSelf-driven, organized, and solutions-oriented with a passion for clean energy innovationIf you would like further details, please apply below:
