Services Manager Specialist – Gov&Tech NTT DATA Europe & Latam Overview We are looking for a Services Manager Specialist with excellent knowledge of IBM Netcool suite, specifically Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus and IBM Netcool Network Management (ITNM). The candidate should have strong problem solving skills and be able to manage critical situations in production environments, with precision and systematic analytical capabilities. Required Skills At least 7 years of relevant experience Configuration, administration and maintenance of OMNIbus ObjectServer Management of Probes (SNMP, Syslog, XML, HTTP, etc.) for gathering events from various sources Configuration and customization of rules files, triggers, automations and alerts Installation, configuration and management of ITNM Core and Precision Configuration of discovery and topology database (NCIM, TIP) Creation and tuning of polling profiles, device filters and network views Preferred Requirements Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM discipline English language knowledge Relevant certifications Location Bari Security Notice NTT DATA recruiters will never ask job seekers and candidates for payment or banking information during the recruitment process, for any reason.
