We are part of the Sales Technology team within Global Sales Operations and aim to deliver best‑in‑class products and data solutions to improve Amazon Advertising Sales team effectiveness worldwide. We build sales‑enablement products for Amazon Advertising front‑line sales teams, ensuring they have all the information about customers and their upsell potential at their fingertips and are not wasting time on inefficiencies. The team is looking for motivated technical program managers. In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end‑to‑end. You will collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, write specifications, drive project schedules from design to release, and manage the production launch. You will lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts between internal teams to develop optimal solutions for new features, verticals, and markets. You will make appropriate trade‑offs to optimize time‑to‑market, communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross‑functional and remote project teams. The right candidate will possess a strong technical and program management background, have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and have a well‑rounded technical background in current audio device technologies. You must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities, and be able to develop and drive high‑level strategic initiatives while also rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. As a Senior TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade‑offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints. You will take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and deliver them in a timely manner.
