Investiamo molto nella tecnologia: i nostri specialisti lavorano con sistemi avanzati di gestione dei dati e sviluppano strumenti innovativi per accelerare la crescita in tutte le nostre operazioni.Chi cerchiamo Il/LaAmazon e EcommerceDesign Project Managerè responsabile di tutta la produzione creativa per i nostri brand Amazon, garantendo la consegna puntuale di asset di alta qualità, ottimizzati per i requisiti della piattaforma e in linea con le esigenze del team Brand Management. Il ruolo combina gestione end-to-end di progetti, coordinamento cross-team, conoscenza del canale Amazon, competenze di design operativo e attività di QA. Rappresenta il punto di riferimento centrale tra il team Design, i Brand Manager e i partner esterni (es. fotografi). Questa posizione richiede ottime capacità organizzative, comunicazione chiara in italiano e inglese, e la capacità di gestire più flussi di lavoro mantenendo standard creativi eccellenti.Responsabilità principali Gestire end-to-end i progetti creativi Amazon (main images, gallery, A+ content, storefront, video) Coordinare il flusso di lavoro tra designer interni, freelance e fotografi Creare, gestire ed eseguire design brief strutturati per tutti gli asset Amazon Pianificare e supportare i photoshoot, occupandosi di logistica e requisiti degli asset Assicurare che tutti gli output rispettino le specifiche tecniche Amazon e le best practice Effettuare QA su tutte le deliverable, fornendo feedback chiari, concreti e utilizzabili Gestire le scadenze, stabilire le priorità e comunicare lo stato di avanzamento ai vari stakeholder Collaborare con i Brand Manager per comprendere gli obiettivi e ottimizzare le creatività in base ai dati di performance Gestire le attività quotidiane del team design utilizzando Jira e i processi interni Supportare e fare da mentor ai designer; facilitare la collaborazione cross-funzionaleEsperienza e competenze richieste Conoscenza delcanale Amazon e del mondo Ecommerce Conoscenza degli strumenti Amazon (es. Manage Experiments, Stores) Ottima conoscenza di Adobe Creative Suite, Figma e Canva Solida comprensione dei formati creativi Amazon (image stacks, A+, storefront) Precedente esperienza operativa come designer Eccellenti capacità di project management e gestione di diversi stakeholder Capacità di strutturare brief e fornire una direzione creativa chiara Grande attenzione al dettaglio e forte competenza in attività di QA Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative Esperienza nel coordinamento o nella gestione di un team design Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese ed italiana 2-5 anni di esperienzaCosa offriamo Pacchetto retributivo competitivo Ruolo basato a Milano con policy di Smart Working ( no full remote ) Formazione continua Ticket Restaurant Wellbeing & benefit: accesso a piattaforma per il benessere, sconti esclusivi sui prodotti del gruppo e altri vantaggi aziendali.
