We are seeking a skilled and proactive Plant Controller (m/f/d) Responsibilities The Plant Controller supports the Bruneck Plant through financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis. The role ensures transparency in results and partners with plant leadership to drive efficiency through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling for the plant Prepare monthly management reporting and KPIs Support CAPEX, ROI, and operational decision‑making Ensure compliance with controlling standards and SOX Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Experience in plant/industrial controlling Fluent English; German and/or Italian a plus Strong cost accounting and analytical skills Structured, proactive, and business‑oriented mindset Joining us from abroad?
