Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support our regulatory compliance framework. This role focuses on MiCAR implementation and AML / CFT requirements. The ideal candidate will have a legal background with experience in financial or crypto regulation. About the Role: The Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst will report directly to the MLRO and Compliance Officer. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining our MiCAR compliance framework. The analyst will conduct regular risk assessments, identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the compliance team to develop and implement policies and procedures. Staying up-to-date with EU regulations is crucial, and the successful candidate will provide guidance on compliance matters. Requirements: To be considered for this position, applicants must have a strong knowledge of MiCAR and related AML / CFT requirements. A proven track record in financial or crypto regulation is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills, are also required.
