In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the financial integrity of the organization while ensuring compliance with tax regulations across LATAM. Your expertise will support critical tax processes, drive strategic tax planning, and foster collaboration between cross-functional teams. By anticipating risks and streamlining tax operations, you will enable sustainable growth and contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives. Accountabilities Lead the preparation and review of Transfer Pricing documentation in accordance with OECD BEPS standards and local requirements. Monitor and implement transfer pricing policies, ensuring alignment with business models and substance principles. Determine and monitor tax compliance across LATAM jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to local regulations. Oversee and coordinate the preparation and filing of tax returns and reports in LATAM countries. Develop and enhance internal processes and controls for accurate tax determinations. Implement tax data management and automation initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Economics; advanced degree or specialization in Tax is a plus. 5–8 years of experience in international taxation and transfer pricing. Solid understanding of OECD Guidelines and international tax frameworks. Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills in English and Spanish.
