The HR Specialist works with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.ScopeResponsible in the area of competence for ensuring the management of employees in accordance with company policies and rules and contributing to the implementation and improvement of company HR processes.General DutiesThe HR Specialist will directly report to the HR Lead of the Team.Guaranteeing assistance to the line regarding staff (workers and employees)Managing the HR KPIs (headcounts, overtime, vacation days, injuries, etc.)Resourcing the organization (recruitment, assignments, internal mobility)Ensuring that all issues are properly identified, reported and resolvedEnsuring the correct application of Local Law, Collective Agreement and Company RegulationsSupporting the business to improve decision-makingProfileMaster degree in Law or EconomicsPrevious experience in Human Resources is a plusFluent in EnglishDemonstrated ability to motivate others and influence work behaviorsStrong communication skillsPro‑active, enthusiastic and committed personPositive thinking approachGood knowledge of MS Office suiteAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
