Time Type: Full time Posted on: Posted Yesterday Job Requisition ID: JR What We Are Looking For The company is seeking a Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform. Key responsibilities include: Team management of Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE). Defining and managing the local road map: Ensuring project alignment with business goals and proper prioritization. Managing dependencies between projects and daily activities. Overseeing projects from kick-off to closure, including documentation and meetings scheduling. Monthly reporting. Implementing and maintaining an effective project governance framework. Leading SAP implementation across Italian legal entities. Aligning with Group functions such as PMO, IT, and Post Merger Integration. Hard Skills University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years as a Project/Program Manager. Preferably, at least 5 years in consulting firms in project management roles. Soft Skills Strong analytical skills for assessing situations and identifying solutions. Proven project management abilities for planning and execution. Leadership skills to motivate and support teams. Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction. Organizational skills for managing priorities and deadlines. Problem-solving skills with practical and creative approaches. Location Gragnano Trebbiense (Piacenza), with commuting to other Group offices, including Assago and Alessandria.
