We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our flagship South Yarra store , driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence.

About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Drive commercial performance through effective leadership, coaching and sales strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, store presentation, rostering and payroll.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
  • Manage labour costs, store budgets and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and legislative obligations.
  • Protect company assets through effective stock management, loss prevention and cash control processes.
  • Partner with support office teams to execute marketing campaigns, merchandising initiatives and business improvement projects.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors and key stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager within a high-volume retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop successful retail teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing sales targets, labour budgets and operational KPIs.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in inventory management, visual merchandising and operational compliance.
