Development and optimization of production and purification/separation processes is performed in close collaboration with development centers and CMOs. You will report to the Radiochemistry Team Leader.About The RoleMajor accountabilitiesOversee and lead all activities of assigned teams/projects; meet customer needs.Design, plan, interpret scientific experiments and provide summaries and reports supporting team discussions and decisions.Participate in development programs and activities around isotopes in adherence to global Isotope strategy and objectives within agreed timelines and budget, timely report key advancements and challenges.Plan work for assigned lab associates ensuring efficient utilization in best interest of the project and Global Isotope Development organization with clear priority setting and adequate supervision.Deliver efficient, robust and safe manufacturing strategies and processes for the manufacture of radioisotopes.If required, set up new isotope laboratories and bring them to operation.Work according to appropriate standards for quality, ethics, health, safety, environment, protection and information security; lead initiatives to ensure continuous improvement; all activities have to be aligned with organizational workflows and procedures.Evaluate and interpret results, draw relevant conclusions; supervise project related activities; perform complex tasks without established procedures.Write protocols, scientific reports, lab procedures or process.
