Role:We are looking for a Field IT Technician with experience in IT desktop support and endusers support at large multinational companies, in order to support our customers on site in the area of Milan.Main tasks of the job are:identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile devices, Tablets etc.provide general deskside support, imaging/ re-imaging PCs and laptopscoordinate with the third party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the sameprovide assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.provide smart hands and eyes support leaded by remote team for network devices and serversLocation: Milan area (availability to travel in the area is required - driving license needed)Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally within the fieldDiagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM)Confidence in addressing break/fix issues – Typically supporting PCs / LaptopExperience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsFamiliarity with ticketing systemGood English and fluent ItalianAvailability to travel in the area of MilanDriving licenseBenefits:Buddy programInternal career development programInternational job opportunitiesOnboarding programStaff discountsTicket Restaurant (Edenred, Sodexo, UP)/ Meal VoucherBe part of UsHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
