Support all activities related to tender and contract management, ensuring full compliance with established administrative processes. Collaborate with the Sales department to identify relevant tender opportunities. Monitor new tender announcements, legal updates, technological advancements, and digitalization trends. Produce reports and updates regarding contract and tender progress for Sales teams and management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in tender processes across EMEA, sharing best practices. Manage tender projects from start to finish, coordinating with colleagues across different departments. Review and organize tender documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance before final submission. Communicate tender outcomes to customers and Sales teams, managing stakeholder communications as needed. Profile Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Tender Specialist. Strong organizational skills and attention to details. Proficiency in Excel. Additional information Location:
