We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Apply now for the position of Junior Commercial Lawyer, in this role you will directly report to the General Counsel for Italy, located in our Milan office.Your roleProviding legal support for public procurement and bid challenging procedures within the Italian market.Executing key legal workflows, with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks to protect business interests.Serving as a trusted legal partner for Siemens Healthineers Italy’s leadership and stakeholders.Engaging proactively within the Country and Zone Legal framework.Partnering with global legal specialists and the international Siemens Healthineers network.Your expertiseItalian Law Degree with a distinguished academic record.Admission to the Italian and Bar registration as a LawyerA minimum of 2 years’ legal work experience after IT BarPrevious experience in international environments (e.g., international law firms or multinational corporations) is highly desirable.Solid expertise in Public Procurement and Contract Law.Proven ability to master new legal frameworks; specific knowledge of the Data Act, AI Act, NIS2, and IT Law are a significant advantage.Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Full professional fluency in both Italian and English.Pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach with a \"hands‑on\" mentality.Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimize legal workflows and core tasks.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at we areWe are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
