Casa Vesper è la nuova sartoria italiana: camicie su misura realizzate interamente in Italia, con qualità sartoriale autentica e cura dei dettagli. Ogni camicia è progettata intorno alla persona, con un’esperienza premium che rende semplice il riordino e garantisce sempre una vestibilità impeccabile. Siamo una startup early-stage e vogliamo portare l’eccellenza italiana direttamente ai professionisti di oggi. Il ruolo: CEO & Co-Founder (visionario ma operativo) Cerchiamo una persona che voglia costruire Casa Vesper dalle fondamenta. È un ruolo molto hands-on : nei primi mesi guiderai vendite, relazioni con clienti e partner, processi operativi e direzione strategica. Non è un ruolo corporate — è un ruolo per chi vuole davvero creare un’azienda . Responsabilità principali Definire visione, strategia e modello di crescita Validare il business sul campo Impostare KPI, obiettivi e metriche di performance Incontrare clienti corporate e professionisti Sviluppare partnership con aziende e realtà di valore Guidare funnel di vendita, marketing e posizionamento del brand Garantire un’esperienza premium in ogni fase Comunicare con cura, puntualità e attenzione al dettaglio Costruire relazioni solide e durature con i clienti Operatività & Team Building Supportare (e inizialmente svolgere) attività operative: misurazioni, consegne, follow-up Ottimizzare costi, processi e flussi operativi Costruire e far crescere il team nel tempo Chi cerchiamo Una persona ambiziosa, pragmatica e con una forte sensibilità estetica. Qualcuno che ama decidere, ma anche mettere in pratica.
