Norton Rose Fulbright in Milan is seeking a senior Italian-qualified Associate to join the Banking & Finance team. The role covers a broad portfolio of domestic and cross-border financings for financial institutions, sponsors and corporates, with responsibility across structuring, due diligence, drafting and closing.
The successful candidate will work with colleagues in Milan and Rome, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to multi‑jurisdictional matters, with exposure to M&A and private
