We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and service-drivenItalian-speaking Customer Advisorsto join our international customer care team in Lisbon. This role offers a fantastic chance to build your career abroad, gain valuable experience, and immerse yourself in a vibrant, multicultural workplace. You will contribute to ahome appliances customer service project(brand confidential) by assisting customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat. While experience in customer support is an asset, it is not a requirement — the most important skills are fluency in Italian and at least aB2 level of English . This is a perfect role for those eager to grow professionally while embracing the lifestyle of one of Europe’s most attractive cities.
