As we continue to grow and deliver exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking dynamic Hotel Manager to lead, oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations at our hotel in Pesaro. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Leadership & Team Management : Lead and manage all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Ensure staff is trained, motivated, and working collaboratively to achieve operational excellence. Guest Experience : Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns, and overseeing quality control in all aspects of the guest stay. Operations Management : Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including budgeting, financial performance, staff schedules, inventory, and resources. Monitor hotel’s financial performance, manage expenses, and work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, providing ongoing training, and developing staff to grow within the company. Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the hotel. Marketing & Promotions : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting the hotel, driving occupancy, and maximizing revenue during peak and off-peak seasons. Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior management position, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills , with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of hotel management softwares and basic financial principles. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences . Fluent in Italian & English This job posting is intended to fill a full-year position within Lindbergh Hotels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
