PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

As Intelligent Process Automation Senior Analyst, with a focus on Robotic Process Automation and ITSM Service Now, and being a member of internal Center of Excellence, you will join our Corporate Digital Governance and Compliance Department in conducting the following activities.

ACTIVITIES:

  • Overall participation in developing and maintaining Saipem's Intelligent Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation and ITSM Service Now Programs;
  • Efficiently convey and diffuse RPA technology features to internal stakeholders, actively leading PoC and demonstrations, while establishing a growing pipeline for RPA and Intelligent Automation use cases;
  • Gather business requirements and perform functional and technical feasibility assessment for RPA and Intelligent Automation solutions;
  • Actively guide internal stakeholders during RPA/Intelligent Automation process implementation, building use cases maximizing current technology, and contribute to the definition of comprehensive Process Design Documents and User Activity Test;
  • Liaise with internal and external partners in architecture, design and development of RPA/Intelligent Automation solutions, and with other internal Centre of Excellences for integrating RPA solutions with available technology (Generative AI, Service Now Platform, MS Power Automate and Power Platform);
  • Focus on enhancing current RPA pipeline with Intelligent automation use cases, and ensure correct behavior of production Bots, troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues;
  • Ensure RPA and Intelligent Automation programs are compliant with Internal System of Controls, Privacy by Design requirements, Security by Design requirements.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent working experience.

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent Contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3-5

IT SKILLS:

  • Understanding of Intelligent Automation tools and technologies (RPA, Low Code Development, AI/ML);
  • Knowledge of process analysis, design, and implementation;
  • Knowledge of Scrum framework and Project Management methodology.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Ability to cope with stress and with project deadlines;
  • Ability to work in team and to deal with cross-functional internal and external teams;

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Certification in RPA technology (e.g. Uipath Business Analyst Professional, Ai Professional);
  • Certification in Service Now (e.g. System Administrator);
  • Certifications in SAP ECC and SAP BW/4HANA;
  • Knowledge of recognized IT audit regulations and frameworks including COSO, Cobit 5, ISO27001, NIST, ITIL;
