CCNL Metalworking Industry, RAL 36.000€ - 38.000€.Benefit: possibility of smart working.Workplace: FlorenceKey ResponsibilitiesThe Project Controller is a key member of the Equipment & Projects Finance team, partnering closely with the Project Management organization.The role requires leveraging data and analysis to drive decision-making, with a continuous focus on process simplification and precision while ensuring controllership governance.You Will Be Responsible For:- partnering with Project Managers to provide governance and control on project costs; - leading Project Margin Reviews to define the project margin for revenue recognition; - assessing exposures, risks, and opportunities to cost estimates and requirements for specific reserves; - performing detailed variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunities; - contributing to strategic digitization & simplification projects as a team leader or member (e.g., systems implementation, cross-functional processes, RPA).Qualifications / Requirements- have a Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent from an accredited university or college; - have relevant working experience, preferably in the finance team of a multinational company; - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; - be fluent in English; - strong oral and written communication skills; - strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills; - ability to think strategically and with an entrepreneurial mindset; - ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex issues within a matrix organization.--The search is open to both male and female candidates (L.903/77).
