ELECTRONIC REPAIR & ANALYSIS TECHNICIAN Luogo di lavoro: Varese La risorsa ricercata avrà i seguenti requisiti: Responsabilità Analisi e riparazione dei componenti difettosi provenienti dalla linea di produzione, nel rispetto dei tempi previsti; Collaborazione con i tecnici di riparazione, supportandoli con competenze tecniche, analisi approfondite, comunicazioni e reportistica; Diagnosi autonoma delle problematiche (root cause) e sviluppo di soluzioni efficaci; Interfaccia strutturata con i reparti di Process Engineering (PEI), R&D e Quality Assurance (QA) per proporre miglioramenti o modifiche; Gestione sistematica di guasti ricorrenti con registrazione dei dati nel sistema; Partecipazione attiva ai progetti NPI (New Product Introduction) con feedback da fornire prima della Final Quality Review (FQR); Promozione e supporto al miglioramento continuo della qualità del prodotto, condividendo conoscenza e best practice. Requisiti Diploma tecnico (es. elettronica, meccanica) o laurea in area tecnica; Esperienza pregressa di un paio d’anni nell’ambito della riparazione di prodotti elettronici; Capacità di lettura schemi elettrici (schede PCBA), riparazione di circuiti stampati; Buona padronanza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata; Conoscenza preferenziale della normativa ISO13485; Spiccate capacità comunicative e lavoro in team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
