Offer Description
The ultimate objective of the REACT-FIBER project is to develop, validate and demonstrate at pilot scale an integrated, industrially scalable technological supply chain for the high-value recycling of Carbon Fiber Sheet Molding Compound (CF-SMC) materials.
The activities planned under this assignment relate to OR2: Analysis of the quality of carbon fibers recycled from SMC, with particular reference to:
- A2.1 – Optimization of carbon fiber recycling from cured SMC
- A2.2 – Assessment of the feasibility of extending the recycling process to uncured scrap
