Tender Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover) Join to apply for the Tender Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover) role at BD Nogales Norte. As Tender Specialist you will report to the Tenders and Pricing Manager and be responsible for the end-to-end tender process, both below- and above-threshold procedures. You will prepare tender documentation, manage the post‑tender administration, and coordinate with business units (BUs) to ensure all required documents are available for submission. Main Responsibilities Autonomous management of assigned tenders, ensuring correctness of all phases of the tender procedure. Check tender status with the relevant BUs. Accurate analysis of specifications and monitoring of compliance with deadlines. Management of administrative, technical and economic documentation. Updating company archives with awarded contracts. Preparation of documentation in the post‑tender phase (additions, extensions, improvements). About You At least 2 years of previous tender experience. Excel proficient. Knowledge of regional tender databases. Knowledge of the European Procurement Contract.
