What You’ll Be Doing Offer professional, timely support – by resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction. Collaborate with multiple teams – to tackle complex challenges and deliver top‑notch service to our users. Share valuable feedback – to improve business processes and enhance our products based on customer interactions. Who We're Looking For Customer Care experience – previous experience in structured customer care, demonstrating a foundational understanding of user management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – with a collaborative team spirit and the ability to build positive relationships with customers. Strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities – to efficiently handle customer inquiries and find effective solutions. Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English – essential for effectively communicating with our diverse customer base. Contract and Compensation Fixed‑term contract of 6 months. Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €27,000, in addition to the benefits listed below. We believe in the power of different viewpoints and strengths.
