Stiamo cercando un Senior Project Manager per coordinare e ottimizzare progetti complessi.Il ruolo prevede responsabilità e crescita reale : gestione end‑to‑end di progetti complessi in autonomia, confronto diretto con stakeholder di alto livello, opportunità di sviluppare competenze manageriali avanzate, e crescita professionale.Come Senior Project Manager guiderai end‑to‑end commesse fotovoltaiche complesse (EPC, revamping / repowering e O&M), traducendo gli obiettivi del cliente in tempi, costi e qualità misurabili. Sarai il punto di riferimento per ingegneria, acquisti, produzione e cantiere, orchestrando risorse interne / esterne e tecnologie di monitoraggio per massimizzare performance, disponibilità e redditività dei progetti High‑impact responsibilitiesGovernare l’intero ciclo di progetto : dalla lettura e integrazione del contratto (scope, milestone, pagamenti) alla pianificazione esecutiva, fino al closing della commessa.Pianificare e ottimizzare il cronoprogramma (EPC / O&M), coordinando Ingegneria, Acquisti e Produzione; curare weekly report e avanzamento lavori con evidenze foto e KPI.Gestire budget e marginalità : allineamento al budget commerciale, aggiornamento su ERP, presidio di varianti / extracosti e approvazioni cliente per lavorazioni extra.Assicurare compliance HSE : interfaccia con HSE e CSE, documentazione di cantiere (PSC / POS), onboarding dei subappaltatori e gestione non conformità in ottica ISO 9001.Orchestrare supply‑chain & fornitori : milestone di pagamento, visite presso vendor critici, integrazioni materiali e SAL con Produzione.Supervisionare commissioning e messa in esercizio : definizione piani prova / strumentazione, reportistica, gestione contatori di produzione e pratiche correlate.Guidare cantieri multi‑sito (terra / tetto), vigilanza e security on‑site in coordinamento con il centro di controllo H24 quando necessario.Background tecnico (Perito / Laurea in Ingegneria o affini) e esperienza pluriennale in Project Management EPC nel fotovoltaico (impianti MW e multi‑MW), impiantistica elettrica o settori affini. Solida dimestichezza con contrattualistica (scope, milestone, pagamenti, varianti), gestione budget su ERP, cronoprogrammi e reporting avanzamento. Conoscenza dei processi HSE di cantiere e dei principali standard / certificazioni di settore (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001; CEI 11‑27). Esperienza nel coordinamento fornitori / subappalti, procurement dei main components e commissioning di impianti FV. Leadership operativa e capacità di influenzare team cross‑funzionali (ingegneria, produzione, field). Analisi e problem solving proattivo, orientamento al risultato e alla marginalità della commessa. Comunicazione chiara verso stakeholder tecnici / non tecnici; negoziazione efficace su tempi, costi e qualità.#J-18808-Ljbffr
