Responsibilities Own end-to-end learning program lifecycle and design comprehensive training curriculum. Develop and execute global learning strategy to enable entrepreneur success across diverse markets. Leverage data to drive decisions, track progress, and measure learning outcomes with defined success metrics. Lead innovative training methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives; manage program budgets and resources. Guide LMS platform strategy, oversee technical integrations, and drive learning technology innovation to ensure scalability and a high-quality user experience. Partner with global operations teams, align with business leadership, and collaborate with subject matter experts and DSP community. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
