From supervising our dedicated team to upholding our standards for fresh food offerings and customer service excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and lead by exampleMaintain high standards for fresh food preparation and deliveryTrain and develop store personnel to foster a positive team environmentEnsure a clean, organized, and inviting store atmosphereAssist in managing daily store operations and reporting tasksMonitor sales trends and implement strategies for improvementEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsBuild and maintain positive relationships with vendorsEssential FunctionsAbility to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time.Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.Visual acuity to check identification.Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.Be able to enter and work in a cooler with a temperature of 34 degrees up to 60 minutes at a time.Minimum QualificationsExperience preferred21 years of ageValid Driver’s licenseReliable transportationJoin Crosby’s TodayIf you’re passionate about customer service, leadership, and creating a positive impact within your community, Crosby’s offers a fulfilling career path with ample opportunities for growth and development.
