Designing human experiences for complex technologies. Position To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Cognitive Ergonomist - Human Factors Specialist to be involved in high-tech automotive projects, who is motivated to take on high-value challenges and make a strong professional contribution within multidisciplinary research and development activities. Responsibilities Analysis of cognitive processes involved in human–vehicle interaction (attention, mental workload, decision-making, trust in automated systems). Support to the design and evaluation of HMI (Human–Machine Interfaces) for vehicles, driving simulators and ADAS systems. Definition and execution of user studies and experimental protocols (usability testing, controlled experiments, comparative validations). Collection and analysis of behavioral and subjective data (performance, errors, workload, questionnaires). Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, designers, researchers). Contribution to technical reports, project deliverables and documentation for industrial partners and clients. Qualifications Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology (cognitive/experimental track), Human Factors, Ergonomics or related fields. Knowledge of cognitive ergonomics, human factors and user-centered design principles. Experience or strong interest in the automotive domain and complex systems. Familiarity with experimental methods and data analysis. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Details Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
