Italian Speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon

We are seeking motivated, friendly, and customer-oriented Italian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and want to build a career abroad in a multicultural environment. You will be part of an international team working on a home appliances project (brand undisclosed), providing support and solutions to customers via phone, email, and live chat. Whether you have prior customer service experience or are just starting your career, we welcome your application — as long as you speak fluent Italian and have at least B2 English proficiency . Key Responsibilities As a Customer Advisor, you will: Provide high-quality assistance to customers in Italian, answering questions and solving inquiries related to home appliances. Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat communications with professionalism and empathy. Document and track customer interactions using company systems. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear guidance for resolution. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate support.
