Drive change in rare diseases-be the voice that connects patients, providers, and innovation. Proclinical is seeking a SR - Rare Diseases to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong connections within the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics, and patient organizations. A patient-focused approach and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Develop and execute account strategies to engage key customers and penetrate the market within the assigned region. Build and maintain relationships with local decision-makers, hospitals, practices, and patient associations to educate about rare diseases and available therapies. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to exchange knowledge and develop patient-focused strategies. Advocate for patients with rare diseases and provide expertise on available tools and resources. Share balanced and accurate information about new therapies in the field of rare diseases. Key Skills and Requirements Degree in health sciences, natural sciences, or a related field, along with certification as a pharmaceutical representative (according to §75 AMG). Experience in rare and/or neurological diseases is advantageous. Strong understanding of medical, scientific, and health policy concepts, as well as data analysis and neurology. Patient-oriented mindset with excellent communication and commercial skills. Fluency in German and English. Ability to manage complex cases and projects efficiently. Permanent residence in the Stadtkreis area.
