Overview Direct Manager: Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities He/She creates and develops a structured Business Plan. He/She is the main guarantor of its constant and continuous qualitative-quantitative updating; He/She analyzes the market demand and collect all the needs of the active and potential Customers; He/She deepens and develops the Customers experience. He/She identifies and fills the gaps of the product/service offered and have new ideas that can increase the Brand’s market share. He/She plays the main role in improving the Customers experience; He/She actively collaborates with the AMS team which deals with the Customers Experience for Inbound Customers; Marketing Activities; He/She develops and retains strong relationships with domestic and international Customers, through effective and proactive communication; He/She guarantees the creation of a structured and solid corporate network, through an effective and efficient relationship with the Customer. He/She is the bearer of innovation. He/She talks and actively collaborates with the Quality Dept. in order to understand how to transform the “area of improvement” into strengths for the Business; He/She works in accordance with internal policies and standardization requirements. E’ il garante principale del suo aggiornamento quali-quantitativo costante e continuo. Analizza la domanda del mercato e raccogliere le esigenze dei clienti attivi e prospect; Approfondisce e sviluppa la customer experience, identifica e colma le lacune prodotto/servizio offerto, genera nuove idee che possano fare crescere la quota di mercato del Brand. E’ l’attore principale del miglioramento dell’esperienza cliente. Collabora fattivamente con il team AMS che si occupa della customer Experience per i clienti Inbound Marketing Activities Attraverso una comunicazione efficace e proattiva, sviluppa e fidelizza solide relazioni con clienti interni ed esterni. Attraverso una customer relatioship efficace ed efficiente è garante della creazione di un network aziendale strutturato e solido. E’ portatore di innovazione.
