We have opportunities for career growth through our diverse businesses which manufacture and service many well-recognized brands.Job SummaryFor our CSS division we are looking for a Project Manager who will lead multiple projects, ensuring alignment with internal and contractual requirements. The Project Manager will act as the central controller for all project-related activities, coordinating cross‑functional teams and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This role also contributes to the development of processes and tools in collaboration with other Project Managers.ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projectsDevelop and maintain project schedules, cost control, risk registers, and status reportingIdentify and resolve deviations from the approved project planCoordinate internal functions: engineering, procurement, manufacturing, QA/QCFacilitate consensus decisions and conflict resolution within the teamCommunicate project status, issues, risks, and activities; chair meetings and maintain minutesManage project costs and drive improvements in cost ratioEnsure milestones are met within time, cost, and quality constraintsGuarantee goods and deliverables are supplied per project requirementsBuild trust-based relationships with Customers, acting as main point of contactShare best practices across the organizationCollaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, and vendors to track deliverablesSupport audits and client reviews with accurate documentationBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience leading major projects in Oil & Gas environmentLean knowledge is a plusPMP certification or equivalent is valuedProven conflict resolution and issue management techniquesProcess-oriented and self-directedStrong verbal, written, and presentation skillsAbility to develop detailed project timelines and schedulesHigh proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPointSAP and Oracle knowledge is valuedFamiliarity with industry standards (ISO 9001, API, ASME, etc.)Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skillsFluency in English and ItalianDegree in Management and Industrial/Mechanical Engineering preferredKey CompetenciesProject ManagementStakeholder CommunicationConflict ResolutionProcess ImprovementCustomer FocusDrive for ResultsIntegrity and TrustCollaboration and TeamworkWhat We OfferDynamic international working environmentSmart Working Policy and flexible working timeWelfare programInternal canteenLinkedIn Learning accessInclusive and diverse culture that values different backgrounds and experiencesSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyLocation: Vignate (MI)Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services by 2xGet notified about new Project Manager jobs in Bellinzago Lombardo, Lombardy, Italy .#J-18808-Ljbffr
