The Risk team is in charge of identifying and documenting various risks Euronext may face. Euronext's diversified services business include Euronext FX, Nord Pool, Commodities and Commcise. ResponsibilitiesSupport management in Business and Support Functions by identifying, analysing, and advising on mitigation and risks, across functions, entities and projects. Develop, manage, and monitor key risk indicators and promote risk awareness across Euronext's organisation. Conduct ongoing review of existing methodologies, policies, and best practices, provide recommendations for improvement, and support the implementation of any resulting changes. Draw on technical knowledge to contribute to risk management in projects and other relevant activities. Develop and communicate on risk appetite and usage for decision-making. Risk profiling: Identify risks and produce risk profiles with the business, facilitate management responses and present these to senior managers as required. Data analysis and reporting: Analyse and interpret complex data to provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders, identifying risks and taking appropriate action or escalating as appropriate. Reporting enhancement: Use technical skills to further improve existing reporting and develop where there is a need to advance. Compliance and best practice: Apply expert understanding of legislation, compliance requirements and external best practices to develop and implement recommendations to enhance risk monitoring and reporting. Your profileMaster's degree in economics, finance, business or other relevant field. Experience or strong interest in risk management and financial markets. Knowledge of the company's markets, operations or finance an advantage. Fluent in English; proficiency in other Euronext languages is appreciated. Innovative, energetic, optimistic, structured and detail-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn other software. Good knowledge of risk management principles. Excellent analytical skills. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels including senior executives, both orally and in writing.
