We are seeking a Senior / Tech Lead Python Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between infrastructure, development and security. You will not only manage our cloud infrastructure via code but also actively support the architectural design of cloud-native solutions and design robust network topologies. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development skills with technical leadership, architecture ownership, and mentoring responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Python-based systems. Drive the adoption of cloud-native architectures (microservices, containers, serverless). Design, implement, and optimize Generative AI solutions in production environments. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

LLM integration and orchestration. Guide technical decisions related to scalability, security, and performance. Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and system observability. 7+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Python. Proven experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Solid background in cloud-native solution design and implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications In Generative AI solutions, including: Prompt engineering strategies RAG architectures Working with Large Language Models (LLMs) Integrating GenAI services into enterprise applications Experience designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows Leadership, mentoring, and communication skills Nice to Have Working knowledge of Java.

Experience

with Docker, Kubernetes, and service mesh technologies. Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.

Experience

in defining technical roadmaps and standards. This job can be filled in Italy in Milano, Bologna, Venezia Mestre or La Spezia. Create with us digital products that people love.
