NHOA Energy is a global leader in energy transition and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). We are seeking a High Voltage Team Leader to strengthen our HV Interconnection Facilities delivery capabilities. Your Mission Lead the newly formed HV Substation Task Force to achieve strategic objectives, defining all phases from specifications and design to procurement and execution. Develop internal competencies: establish standardized processes, tendering practices, schedules, resource planning, and quality benchmarks for HV delivery. Coordinate external consultants and suppliers to build a robust supply chain for HV projects. Ensure compliance with TSO requirements, grid codes, and international standards. Transition to Project Manager: upon completing the HV Substation Task Force objectives, assume full project management responsibilities for HV and BESS projects. What We’re Looking For Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. At least 8 years of experience managing HV substations and grid connections, including Balance of Plant (BoP) integration. Proven success in complex negotiations and stakeholder management. Knowledge of Italian and international standards, regulations, and contracting practices. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Nice-to-Have: Experience in organizational transformations, BESS or hybrid renewable projects, PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
