Mission: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee the North Italy area, reporting to the Retail Manager Italy. Key Responsibilities Support the Retail Manager in executing strategic operations plan. Manage the Area P&L. Lead the Store Managers’ team in collaboration with Cluster Managers. Ensure Venchi’s Service Model standards of customer experience. Drive training for the whole staff as motivator and guide. Monitor boutique KPIs and performances to achieve company results. Ensure visual merchandising execution aligns with company guidelines. Optimize and monitor cluster calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management). Ensure proper maintenance of furniture. Promote smart initiatives to improve solutions and fill gaps. Manage recruitment process in collaboration with Cluster Managers. The Ideal Candidate 8+ years of retail management experience. 8+ years of people management experience. Prior international experience is a plus. Result‑oriented with ability to multitask in a rapid environment. Strong relational, negotiation and organisational skills. Problem‑solving and decision‑making mindset. Ability to create and develop data‑driven business strategies. International mindset, fluent in Italian and English. Positive, flexible and a lover of chocolate and gelato.
